It could be any trip you ever went on around Christmas.
I always spent Christmas at home with family when my parents and grandparents were alive.
But coming up to Christmas, I've done some fun things.
We lived in So Cal and would go to Santa's Village in Sky Forest in the San Bernardino Mountains. That always felt magical, especially when there was snow.
My wife and I visited Cambria, CA once just before Christmas. That town really gets into it.
Nevada City, CA has Victorian Christmas on weekends in December. The town and shops are all decorated. There are carolers and all kinds of street musicians. Santa and Mrs. Claus walk around handing out candy canes. Actors and carolers are roaming around dressed in 19th century attire. A guy roasts chestnuts over an open fire and hands them out for free. Many shops have free hot coco and warm cider.
My wife and I knew an older couple who owned a cabin on the lake in Lake Tahoe. They called it a cabin, but it was a roomy, 4 story house with a fireplace in the large living room. And there was a hot tub.
We stayed there quite a few times for three days at a time around Christmas with two other couples.
When I was young, my Christmas vocation location was 22nd and Michel. My friends dad would sell Christmas trees and paid me $15 an hour! He would give me an extra $10 if I would deliver the tree and set it up for the customer, plus the customer always tipped a very generous amount! I made a ton of money.
@wallythewalrus2 Did you read the question right? 🙄
Too much eggnog
@mandyfire98 🤣🤣🤣
@Laciejordan I read just fine, maybe you just don't know the definition of big words?
Vocation: A strong feeling of suitability for a particular career or occupation.
I enjoyed selling Christmas 🎄 during the season.
Oh, I get it now 🤦 Thank you for the clarification, Wally. lol
@Laciejordan I don't mean to single you out, there's a lot of people on here that don't have a good vocabulary like what got. ☺️
@Beckybooboo The eggnogg
@Beckybooboo Oh... you responded to two people at once. got it. lmao
Oh, FUCK! I see where the issue is, I simply read a word wrong! No reason for you self righteous high and mighties to make me look stupid! I'm used to that. Doesn't bother me at all! I remember when Mandy said affogato was her favorite dessert and I thought she misspelled avocado, which I thought was kind of a weird dessert 🤔 And I went on to correct her. Okay, that time I felt a little stupid but not this time. I forgot what the fuck I'm even talking about
I have never vacationed during Christmas but I always wanted to spend it in Denver since I was a kid. I remember watching the Broncos playing a night game just before Christmas and there was a gentle snowfall with huge flakes. To a girl living in Florida, it looked so beautiful and romantic! "Rockies are calling, Denver snow falling ❄️".
Thanks for MHO, @mandyfire98 ☺️
Thank you for the answer
Aww, I've never really traveled to that many places during winter to be able to pick a favorite but...
Big bear was fun... we were in a cozy cabin and we did a lot of fun stuff.

It looks like it would be a really nice place to stay at.

i work in show business so i'm usually always booked around Christmas, i try to grab a few weeks here and there in January or February, i like Aspen and Jackson Hole a lot for that kind of thing
I was in Brisbane Australia several years ago for Christmas. It was interesting watching the Christmas parade, which included camels, on the beach at night, with the temperature around 75F (24C).
home... with family and friends... Christmas tree, cooking, singing carols, spending time together :D
I like being home.
We did a trip a few years ago and were gone for a couple weeks in December, and we missed a lot of things that went on here at home.
This Saturday Santa arrives by train, and we pick him and Mrs Clause with a fire truck and bring him up to the square for the tree lighting.
It's kind of one of those Hallmark moments.
I'm driving the fire truck, which to me is way cool.
I have spent most of my Christmas’ working. So younger people could spend time with their families. So I never went anywhere around the Christmas holidays.
As for the future. Somewhere there is snow that I can sit in the warm and not shovel it! Maybe take a snowmobile ride.
I have more than one. My friend and I spent Christmas in Nassau in the Bahamas, one year and it was really a great vacation.
Other than that, I would like to spend Christmas in Paris, or Rome. I think Christmas in one of
... those Countries/cities would be great... AND if I could have the company of @elizamichale1 in LONDON, for part of Christmas... THAT would be the Best Christmas Ever.
Awww u r soooo sweeeet😘😘😘😘
I spent time in Australia and New Zealand over Christmas time 3x. It was the fucking best. Laying on the beach in the sun, having BBQs every night, sun not setting till like 9pm. I had so much fun
I don't have one atm but I'm planning to go to warm places in the winter every year now :) I love Switzerland but the weather is not it. Especially this year the amount of sun we had was tiny.
I lived in nyc all my life… it’s very beautiful around Xmas…
Nowadays I like to fly south for the warm.
Swan Hill. That's where our family would usually go when I was in school. It would get really hot there though, reaching well above 40 degrees.
I've always spent Christmas at home. If I could pick a place, I'd like to spend it in NYC.
Ski resorts very similar to the one in the picture. Either Switzerland or Austria.
My home town NYC, still have family there and Christmas traditions etc.
Australia. A month of family holiday and a Christmas barbeque on the beach!
I can’t say because it would reveal my identity lol but it’s a cold snowy place surrounded by nature
I don't think I've ever gone on vacation somewhere for Christmas. Pretty much always hang out at home with family.
So far The all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic was the best place...
I always wanted to go to a massive lake side cabin in Yosemite
