I know a few things although I am not a specialist but having traveled to many places with old architecture, mainly in Europe, I have learned a thing or 2 about it.
For example, the Acropolis in Athens is an amazing feat of ancient architecture. I am not even sure that modern day architects would be able to create anything similar in perfection.
The same by the way for the pyramids of Egypt. Today, such a construction would simply be impossible and way too costly. There are dozen more examples of ancient architecture that would be very difficult to realize in 2024.
