Do you like to decorate a lot or little for Christmas?

A few years ago , I started buying inflatables and I bought every Rudolph the Reindeer Character I could find and decorated my whole yard with them , Some of them were pricey , especially the big ones. But I enjoy making a display and I enjoy watching cars slow down in front of my home to look , Anyone else like to decorate a lot for Christmas?

I love decorating at Christmas time. I collect gingerbread people and I have them all over my apartment.
I just got a big poster of the gingerbread boy and took it to the Hobby Lobby store and had a big piece of red cardboard as a boarder to accent the poster of him and make him stand out more. The frame is a real frame under glass and it's about 4-5' tall x 3-1/2 feet wide.
It's just precious!!
Plus gingerbread people are standing all around my apartment and I even have really tiny pictures of them in gold frames scattered all over the place.
My tree is 🩷 my favorite color. It has pink ornaments and little gingerbread girl ornaments hanging on it.
There are many more different gingerbread things to look at as well.
I have a big gingerbread boy blanket and it has about 12 gingerbread boys on it.

What I need is a gingerbread boy emoji on here 😊

I used to decorate a lot when I was younger and I had help from my kids. I had to add 9 circuits in my front yard to handle all the decorations I put out. It would take me a month to put it all out. My neighbors used to call my house the grizwald house. Now I get no help and the cold weather agrivates the arthritis in my hands so I only put out a few things.

I save about $500 for the month of December by not putting it up

we have cut back in the Christmas decorations since our kids have grown. I still decorate the porch and put up some outdoor lights and wreaths on all the windows but not as crazy as before.

My kids’ are older now as well , but I still enjoy decorating and like when other people enjoy looking at my collection / decorations as well. I paid a pretty penny for some of those inflatables so I like displaying them , I plan on doing this for a long time and keep adding to my collection so it’s now become a tradition to me to do so , The other day I walked into the convenient store and I overheard some of the customers talking about my house and how awesome the decorations are. I said Thank you for the compliment , they looked at me and said is that your house? I said yes and now that I know you all enjoy it , I am going to keep displaying it every Christmas. They smiled and said they always drive by my home around the holidays

I'm crazy about decorating for Christmas! I mostly do light because inflatables here would blow away or get buried in the snow
