Not all of it but it HAS lost a lot of it!! MOSTLY because of these assholes that start shoving it down your throat from Halloween night onwards until the stroke of midnight Christmas night!! I don't do ANYTHING Christmassy until the 2nd week of Dec. and then it STAYS THAT WAY `til the 2nd week of Jan.!! The way these assholes today do it, it COMPLETELY ruins the season 2 months before it even gets here and then they mercilessly murder it as soon as it's here!! it AMAZING how they'll celebrate a football win for WEEKS after the fact but Christmas DIES COLD the SECOND it's over!!

When I found out that Dec 25 was NOT the day Jesus was born, yes, it lost most of it's magic. Biblical scholars say it might have been in the summer or early autumn. I try to get in the mood by watching movies but it's not the same.

No, we still have little kids (relatives) in the family that get all excited. When they come for the holiday it is still cute to watch.
