For me it’s New Year’s, mainly because the Christmas season is basically done and New Year’s too me always just seemed like a slow, boring day to just rest.

Thanksgiving 🦃 because of the tryptophan, an amino acid in the turkey which makes us sleepy. 🥱😴💤
