For me, it doesn’t have to be expensive but it has to be something that can last a long time and withstand daily wear so it has to be practical and sturdy but pretty looking. I won’t wanna wear a ring that costs thousands of $ tho, just won’t feel safe/comfortable wearing something that expensive around

That’s way too much but since I’m looking for an actual 14-18k gold ring I would expect him to spend a couple of hundred $ on it but no more than 5k even if he could afford a more expensive ring

I like white gold better, all of my current jewelries are white gold. I like silver as well but only for casual wear jewelries, anything that I’m going to wear daily I would prefer to be white gold.

It also doesn’t have to be a diamond, moissanite and white sapphire pretty much look the same for half the price. I have a lot of custom made white gold jewelries that are wayyy cheap but looks amazing

Beautiful, yes. Expensive, not necessarily. That’s not the point of it all. The ring means nothing if it’s not about the love between us.
I really don’t wear much jewelry. I’m not a big gifts person. This is one area where I’d like something pretty.

I would have to yes and not because I love money that's why I want an expensive ring, but more like I know my partner spent 10k on his ex's ring, all I am asking is the same amount spent on mine, otherwise it will give me that psychological factor that he loved her more than me.

Define cheap? I think a wedding ring should be something the wife would love. It doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg nor should you go and put it on credit. A ring pop ring isn’t cool either. Find a balance for your budget
