How can I nullify a marriage?

Hello,

I am from Europe and 2 years ago I married under pressure an Indian muslim man in India. Everything led me to do this marriage. But I then went back to my country and has not even told my parents yet. I feel like my life has been ruined. I want to nullify this marriage because I was under pressure and I haven't even lived with him. Can I legaly nullify the marriage? Where should I go? In the Indian consulate?

Not sure you can, as you've willingly married. But under Indian laws, marriages can only be annulled under certain circumstances and you have not met any.

The best you can do is not go back to India, and leave it there.

Can't do that. You have to prove your point/allegations..
But still want to separate then go for mutual divorce.

2 years is way past the annulment phase. at this point, it's considered a divorce.
