Is 38 too old / very late for a man to get married and have kids later on?

Especially if he's almost balding on head and has lots of grey facial hair.

And what age group woman should he go for?

That's obviously late compared to an average person. But no issues at all. He can have kids too

Fine to get married but bad idea to have kids when your that old. Don't wanna die before they graduate high-school. Also is very dangerous since older fathers have a much higher risk of having autistic kids. I wouldn't recommend anyone over 30-35 to have kids

32 is fine but any age gap increases risk for divorce

Biologically, males keep the ability to fertilize a female 15-20 years longer than the female will typically be able to bear the children, usually around 55 or so. There is always adoption, too.

Thanks for the MHO. The human brain "matures" around 25-27 years old. Add a few years for her to get used to using that mature brain, I'd say 30+. He should just be cognizant of the age difference if a family is being planned.

Women's fertility has had decreased by that age, by that age, but still it's totally possible to have kids that age. One just has to take more care for herself.

As for other aspects - I believe it's no problem to have kids at that age.
