Not to put our business out but my wife makes 165k per year I make 180k per year. Yet my wife wants to buy a mobile home when I want to but a brand new house in a gated community subdivision. My wife could get a brand new vehicle If she wanted to but instead she drives an old 2001Toyota mini band that's paid off but old. I try convincing my wife to get herself a new vehicle but she insisted she hates debt that her mini band works just fine and she does not see the need to waste money on a new vehicle. Last year I bought my wife Mac cosmetics kit and guess what she did? She returned it back to the Mac cosmetics store only because in her opinion it was a rip off. Now it's getting on my nerves and I am really annoyed because she only shops at dollar tree for make up feminine products she takes her friends unwanted clothes just because they're free. Not complaining , We buy a mobile home just because my wife wants to have a paid off home. Does my wife exaggerating?

I’m on her side unless you can pay cash for it. The next 6 months is a time to Zero out all debt and not acquire Debt “that debt” is/has made a lateral move into rents, food, gas, water heaters, utilities, insurances, and general Inflationary increases.

I do okay but have 10782.00 in total debt and then I’m zeroed out on house and other assets. I’m making that happen asap Other assets require an operating budget and 15,000 reserve.

Somewhere between 1920s to 2008 depression is heading our way. Global recession has been in process, confounded by COVID, since June 2021. 2023 will be horrific with 12-16% interest rates. This is a Biden, Chinese double agent, economy.

Seems like it. Savings won't get that far. Money loses value. 6 figures is a very handsome annual income. Might as well enjoy a decent lifestyle and make smart investments to allow the money to grow.
