Totally understandable. At the time of our wedding, he owned his own company in which he invested quite a lot of money and a house. I do have a security in that prenup to not land on the street when something bad would happen. But these things are always only for the worst case ever and in this case the house I life in is the least I would miss from my perspective at the moment.
