How do I tell my wife I cheated on her?

Before we met, my wife was having fun. She had a “hoe phase” and her “body count” is 15 or so she says. She’s been my one and only. I’m very shy around women. My coworker and I work very closely due to our job. Over time we grew closer and before I knew it we were texting all night day on our days off and we’d go out for drinks after work (just the 2 of us). After some drinks recently we had sex. I guess deep down I’ve always been jealous that my wife had her fun before we were married and I never got to experience other women. My coworker and I have had sex multiple times again since. I feel so low. How do I tell the love of my life, my best friend and mother to my little 2 boys that while she was at home with the kids I was having sex with my coworker. I don’t want to tell her but keeping this a secret is eating me up. What makes things worse is the sex with my coworker is better than the sex with my wife. I think that’s why I keep going back. I don’t want to tell my wife because it would shatter her. Maybe she doesn’t need to find out if it’s just these couple of times?

I wouldn't be as mad if this was just your girlfriend but this is your wife and thats fcked up. You shouldve communicated earlier that you were uncomfortable with how many people she slept with. Thats why i can't be with someone whose fcked a double digits number. Hey, I have a group for you, possibly. I know a man at church that was more "low life than you", multiple women at church, he really was a dick of a sex addict, you just made some simple mistakes with some underlying emotional issues that lead you astray.
