What is marriage material in women?

Many times we (guys) say that we need marriage material girls. So what qualities should women have to be marriage material? anyone can respond.

Not expecting marriage

The minute I hear her say "oh, we should get married" or something like that, it's over.

I don't want to get married. It's not what I want, but, if I were to ever change my mind, and I heard her say something like that, or similar, I would likely breakup with her ASAP.
