What’s it like to marry young?

I got married because I knocked her up 3 months in. Was married with a kid at 21.

It was fine to start off with but your 20s is where you really mature and change as a person.

We were just not compatible once we matured and it ended in a messy divorce.

For females, that is the smart thing to. That is what I am going to do. I will seriously start looking by age 17 and I expect to be married by ages 20 to 22. If I'm not, it is because my standards were too high and I will lower them from a 9 to an 8. And, if I am not married by 23, I will lower them to a 6.

From 18 to 22, females are at their peak desirability. After age 25, whoever they marry will be less desirable than guys they could have married with they were five years younger.

You can still get married because there are plenty of men that will want to marry you and some may be highly desirable. However, the guys you rejected at age 20, no longer want you.

I'm a lifelong bachelor, but my parents wed at 23 (Dad) and 19 (Mom, who passed away 20 years ago yesterday at age 86.) They had a good 53-year marriage before Dad's Feb.26,1990 passing due to a blood clot on his lungs at age 76. (Of course, it was common to marry at 23 and 19 in 1936, when my folks tied the knot.)

I loved getting married young. Didn't have to deal with dating at all as a adult... which is a relief and i got to start my life sooner. Can't imagine having to wait
