If she's been married before, then I guess she knows what marriage is all about. So she's probably sincere about not wanting to get married. Participating in the ceremony is fun. Actually being married is different. She probably just likes opportunities to dress up 👗

Plenty of people who don't want to be married want to be a part of a big moment in their loved ones life. My sister wanted me to come to her baptism because it meant a lot to her. I'm atheist and hadn't stepped foot in a church in ten years. I still went because I wanted to be there for her. So don't worry about it.
