My friend is engage a girl w/ 4 kids. I'm going 2 stand up to say he's making a mistake when the speak now or hold piece comes up what should I say?

Except in old movies for dramatic effect, the invitation for others to “speak now or forever hold your peace” is long gone from wedding ceremonies. I’ve been to several and have never heard it. So what if it’s part of the ceremony and someone runs his mouth? It isn’t going to stop the ceremony- it would be “comment noted” and move on.
