I don't remember "marriage" being an issue. The issues I had in my marriage were not because of being married and would have existed if just long term relationship.

And with that in mind I can tell you the hardest thing from my most recent relationship...

It's really hard to give up feeling"attractive" to the opposite sex. It's shallow I know. But I get a lot of my self esteem and ego boost from flirting with guys and posting pictures and being complicated. I'm sorry. I know some people think that's so narcissistic. But yh in my relationship I was starting to miss that validation. Although I tried telling my partner I needed more. Cos it was effecting me that I felt like my efforts to dress up or dress sexy were no longer getting his attention. He used to be all wow, amazing, omg. To "you look nice" urgh... and it was a terrible cycle. Cos if u complain to someone they not saying something then one, they feel under pressure to say it and two if they say it it is now meaningless cos u shdnt have had to ask them to say it lol.

So that was start of the erosion of that relationship lol

Yeah it's hard if u like flirting and receiving attention. It's ago if u married a gal who can give u all the attention? And keep surprising u too. That's why I like to dress sexy and think up surprises for my guy when I have one. And still be naughty and fun with him. But I don't know how sustainable that is long term. So that's tough. But there are some other rewards in a long term relationship. I just think some of the fun and excitement has to be sacrificed for it. Are you ready for that? Probably not. Am I? I'm getting there. I'm trying to calm myself down a bit. Kinda sucks tho. But guys only wanna fuck a sexy party girl. Not date one.

I don't know! I mean I don’t see a downside that I can think of to getting married. We live as a married couple now, and we are both intelligent enough to know to discuss our disagreements dispassionately, and with logic and reason. Obviously people in relationships fight, everyone does. So I would suppose that when that does happen, there is no just going home and talking about it in the morning. You're married, you not only sleep in the same bed, you're married so you don’t have another home (unless you happen to have a vacation home w/in driving distance.). I think it would be weird to climb into bed next to the guy you’re really pissed at, and have to just go to sleep. That seems like it would not be easy.
