Just want to correct many Indian guys know how to cook and happily cook for their partner most of the time/almost everyday. I have Indian guy friends who often shares with me the food they prepare.

But based on what you wrote, I'd say African one seems like the kind of person I'd get along with as I don't care about long nails or designs on them. I like to keep them short and usually don't wear nail paints and when I am in the mood, I just do it. So, I just don't feel the need to visit a nail artist 😅

This is a pretty unusual post. You're kinda mixing up countries, race and male behavior into a single question - in my experience with women, it really doesn't work like that. Although there are some cultural norms in various countries, it's possible to find someone who is your match in any country or with any skin color.
