Oh many….. oh obviously people will know who are in the relationship. Jealousy. Rage. No sex. Lack of any type of physical intimacy. Fighting. And affairs.

For someone on the outside. Probably seeing people fight. Not wanting to be around one another. One person or the other maybe both are never home. Jealousy…. You can tell they get jealous or one gets jealous. When around other men or women…. Obviously that signals a lack of trust.
