I think so. Women now refuse to be her man’s possession so it’s about time they stop owning men’s property. Men are waking up. All you see is hate from women against men online, it’s about time they stop leeching off of us. Women have always had it easy.

They don’t even love us anyway, if you find a high earning woman she will only date men that earn more. She will reject 95% of men, it’s all fake. Women’s love comes from how self interested they are.

Also a prenup is just an agreement between two adults on what happens in a break up if women can’t do that they shouldn’t even get married anyway.

Prenups get nullified in part or in whole every single day in western courts. They are utterly useless, for men anyway. Prenups are only enforced for the benefit of women. They are never used for the benefit of men.
Prenups SHOULD be enforced routinely and they SHOULD be mandatory.
Just like paternity tests SHOULD be universally mandatory and paternity fraud should be prosecuted.
Unfortunately, this is all a pipe dream. We are not getting closer to holding women accountable the same way that we hold men accountable. We’re getting further away with every passing week.
Lindsay Clancy is on the verge of setting a precedent that women everywhere can murder their children in cold blood with zero consequences. Mind you, this is just the public case to kick off the trend. Women have always murdered their children at three to four times the rate that men do, and they usually get away with it. Still we award women with default child custody 100% of the time and women get custody in over 90% of contested cases. The only rights that matter in this god forsaken society are women’s rights. If women don’t care about you, god help you. You’re doomed.

I’d say yes if either gender has a lot to lose. If they’re both on the same level w not a lot, then no I don’t think they need one.

Nope. But men who have a body count of more than one would probably be wise to get a prenup, since they're less valuable and therefore the ones whose wives tend to divorce them.

You can't force people to enter into contracts. If you are forced to enter into a contract, the contract is void.
