What are your car recommendations?

I'm thinking about buying a new car, I currently have a 2010 Mazda 3, it's great but I'd like an upgrade maybe something a little more fancy 💁🏼‍♀️

What car would you recommend? 😌

My parents got a Toyota / Camry as reliable and cost efficient and they might be cheaper than a Mazda. Now we own an SUV my dad has been driving for around 16 years.

My wife just bought a Ford Escape. It is a small car with a big car feel. It is comfortable and has a nice interior. The 4 cylinder engine is powerful but it is good on gas.
She is in the car all day long and she really likes it.

If you want a reliable yet still somewhat good looking car, go with a Toyota, Honda or Subaru. Those cars will pretty much NEVER fail you.

If they still made them I'd recommend a Lincoln Town Car. But alas Ford decided to discontinue my favorite luxury car.

@exitseven A neighbor of mine had a Lincoln Town Car. They worked for a Ford dealership and it was all black with tons of chrome and looked like a diplomat's car. I consider it the epitome of American luxury cars and far more beautiful a design than Cadillacs which I always found to be too garish for my taste. Today everyone wants an SUV. I could get a Mercedes sedan for less than the average SUV.

My first vehicle was a Ford Taurus station wagon. Not quite as nice as the Country Squire but very practical though I now prefer a minivan. I actually liked my Nissan Quest more than my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Less expensive to own and maintain and I could do more with it. I had over 2500 lbs of cargo in that thing and drove from Rhode Island to Florida and it just loved flying down the highway at 90 mph.

My mother had a Taurus and when she couldn't drive anymore I took it home. All 3 of my kids learned how to drive on it. It was a 1998 and my youngest is still driving it. My son just bought a Grand Cherokee. It has a hemi in it. It is like a rocket.

Mostly driving around town, to the beach, and the occasional road trip
