Should I order stuff from Bath and Body Works online?

So for Christmas I am wanting to order my mom the Moonlight Path body wash and lotion since it's now a retired scent. The problem is I keep hearing how Bath and Body Works online ordering sucks. This will be my first time ordering anything online from Bath and Body Works so if there is anyone out there who has ordered from them before can you tell me how is it and is it true that ordering from them sucks. I have a backup plan cause she has two other scents she likes but she really likes the Moonlight Path.

Bath and body works is too expensive for me like why not YouTube how to make your own cooler products for less money and if you invest more than you end up making a lot more than you purchase and save more.

I have ordered from them several times. As long as you know which scents you like, it should be fine. Their online deals are usually better than in store.
