Shower head recommendation?

Moved in with a Friend/Co-worker, and living in her guest room/suite. Looking to upgrade the shower head and was wondering what my fellow ladies recommend.

I need to get myself "clean"

oh ok, so i've used the new shower head my mom bought before and hoped the pulse option was gonna be just what my bestie told me that one time. it was not. big disappointment. it hurt even my back on low setting, no way anyone likes these anywhere else. well, maybe for my dad if he comes home especially dirty to get the dirt out of his wrinkles xD maybe you need to buy a more expensive brand than we did. ours may have even been used, so who knows how well it still works.

I got excited to talk about my new rain shower head we put in. Then I saw the last part lol. Ours did, in fact, come with a detachable sprayer lol.

Rain Shower heads are good especially if there is a detachable sprayer.

Get one where you can change the output of the shower head, various types of stream.

Go to a plumbing showroom where they have working display models so you can feel the pressure and various modes using a hand for yourself.

Get one with a removable head and hose. Much more convenient.

Anything that has a 6 foot reach. I've had the same head with hose since 2013 and still works just fine. Has like 8 different selections with a turn of a click wheel, great bidet/asswasher for like 20 bucks so probably 30 dollars now.
