I have a rain shower head one (fixed). A hand held one would probably be better at thoroughly cleaning everything. But I’m happy with my loofah and fixed shower head 💁🏽‍♀️ it gets the job done just perfectly fine 😌

Always thought showers like this one were too much until i recently stayed at a resort that had a similar one. I will be installing one at home soon.

The fixed shower is good for general showering but a hand shower is nice for rinsing. I suggest you have your plumber install both with a valve to let you choose. If that is not possible, get a shower head on a hose that can also be used as a hand shower.

I use both, but If I had to live without one it would be the hand one. I don't want to hold the shower in place when showering, it's better to move your body to get it to shower all parts.

I prefer the fixed shower, as long as you can adjust it. I don't like the ones stuck to the wall that you can't change the angle or height of.
