For nutrition, I recommend buying a smoothie maker because if you have one, you never need to waste food, you can put your lemon peels and stray vegetables and bad tasting herbs in a blender to consume them before they expire or when you decide you don’t want to eat them due to bad taste, I always get my family to make a smoothie when we have fruits that are about to go bad such as lemons with their peels etc…

One of the big tips I give is buy store brands. A lot of the stuff tastes and works just like the name brand stuff. People can get weird about getting the store brand stuff.

Two hints to save money on grocery shopping...
1. Create a list before you leave home, and only but what's on the list
2. Use coupons, but only for items on the listbuy generic, most of the time its just as good, also the dollar store for cleaning stuff name brands most of the time but cheaper oh the 1.25 store now
I go by what the elders say, look at what you need not what you want, and only buy hat, you will save
Don't go shopping when you're hungry.
I buy stuff I don't need just because I'm hungry at the time 😂#1 stick to a shopping list. Make a menu for the week.
Buy stuff when it is on sale, buy store brands, Buy bulk items at Costco or BJs. Also do not go food shopping on an empty stomach.
The only real way to save is to buy when it's on sale or simply buy less.
I shop Costco and Sam’s. Makes it easier and I just break it down.
