Since your question is placed in the "Sexuality" topic, I presume that you are referring the bra as a sexual item that needs to be highlighted in the practice of business.

I am always amazed how mainly men want to sexualize and objectify women in every aspect of life. It is starting to get really scary to think that women are solely viewed as object by men.

This way of thinking makes me believe that the METOO movement has not gone far enough and not scared the male community enough. What the law requires is severe punishment for sexualization/objectification of any gender. The problem is however that there would be such a surge in inmates that there are not enough prisons to accommodate them all.

It is about time that new laws be implemented to protect women from perpetrators and sexual harassers alike.

I always have a bra on in public. I do not wear a bra when I am at home. That is the ONLY time when I do not. I'm not sure what you are getting at with this question. Do you see that many braless women out and about? I only ask because it is quite uncommon where I come from.

Furthermore, what does it matter? Some girls don't have a large bust and can get away with not wearing a bra without much notice. Is that an issue? They still are clothed. So, again, I ask what the problem is for those fortunate enough to be able to pull that off?

I think I have you pegged (no pun intended) of the type of user you are here and what you will start to post. I could be wrong and I hope that I am. However, I am guessing this post is to antagonize women.

I was shopping at the grocery store yesterday and saw a woman shopping in a tank top and no bra. It was a bit much.

Similarly I also saw a man shopping while wearing a pair of tight bicycle shorts. It was equally too much.

No why? no shirt should handle that part. What they have or not have below it shouldn't matter. Besides you should use common sense to determine when someone is unsuitably clothed.

Also, most backless dresses have a bra shelf, and do not require a bra.
