How do so many gamers can spend so much?

Like on game skins, in game money, The games itself. etc like how? My dad yells at me for wanting to spend so much money like how do they do it. If they spend that much on games, how do they pay their bills and important stuff?

Some gamers are adults with jobs. In this case, they may make enough money to support their gaming hobby while also having enough for their necessities. Other adult gamers are simply irrelevant. They don't have their priorities in order. They blow their check on HOBBIES first and necessity second when it should be the other way around.

Young gamers who still rely on their parents likely have parents who have a lot of money. Or just parents that SPOIL them and have issues saying NO.

Some gamers are "professionals" too (yeah... that's a "thing" these days like "social media influencers"). These individuals will be able to get money for new gaming stuff thanks to their "influencer connections". They may even receive stuff for free for promotional purposes. If you notice a "big gamer" is also a "big YouTuber", they may be a "famous" YouTuber who gets paid for their content. Therefore, they use that money for gaming.

Don't feel bad if you can't have fancy skins and such. Be thankful for what you can have. Gaming can be very expensive and not everyone can afford to buy all the cool extras. Gaming should be about having fun - not showing off all the fancy crap you have.

When it comes to your situation, put gaming stuff on your birthday or Christmas list. Keep in mind you may not get everything you ask for because like I said - not everyone is willing to spend a lot on stuff like this. Maybe ask for gift cards to gaming stores and stuff so you can pick out your own stuff if you're worried someone may not get the right thing.

If you get an allowance from your parents, save up and use that to buy other gaming things. If you're old enough, you can also get a part time job for the summer or in the evening after school if your parents will let you. If they won't let you have an actual job or you're too young for that, then you can make money doing other things like mow grass, remove snow/put down salt, babysit, take care of people's pets if they're away, walk dogs, etc. Just make sure you talk to your parents before you do anything. Let them know what you want to try and ask them if it's ok. Then they can help you find trustworthy people to do odd jobs for.

How do you pay for your bills then or like the important stuff?

Where are they even getting the money if they spend basically all of it on useless stuff like in game stuff and gaming. etc it’s ridiculous

When you have a job, you get paid weekly or every other week in most cases. You will get that money deposited into your bank account via direct deposit. Then, you're free to do as you please.

If you make enough money, you'll be able to budget correctly and still afford your hobbies after paying your bills and buying groceries. Some irresponsible people don't care. They just blow their money because they have no self-control. They just want to be "cool" and live above their means. These people are often riddled with major financial issues, so don't be like them!

The responsible thing to do is break down the money you bring home after taxes. First, go through and deduct all your necessities - bills, groceries, gas money, etc. Then, take a look at what you have left. You really should put a little money back each paycheck for savings in case of an emergency, but many people don't.

Some people have really good jobs that pay well, so money isn't really an issue for them. They can pay their bills, buy groceries, plus do all kinds of fun "extras" because they are well-off financially. Others come from rich families and get their money that way.

I personally am not a gamer, so none of my money goes to gaming stuff. I play some free games on my phone, but I do not pay for them. They are free and I do not pay any of the in-app "upgrades".

Some people are just irresponsible. Although I think a lot of the big spenders have more money than they know what to do with.

I always say that free to play games are the most expensive games out there. You can buy a used offline game for less than $10, or a brand new AAA game for less than a hundred. But people spend hundreds, or thousands, or tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of dollars on online games. The big spenders are basically buying the game for the little spenders and free players.

I think it's crazy, but it's their money and they can do want they want with it... except when it's NOT their money and some kid uses his mother's credit card to buy skins without her permission.

You shouldn't care only big fucking losers waste their money on such things if they even have to question how they actually pay the rest. Don't try to compete with stupid, you can only loose. Don't try to get in the mindset of a whale. They are just hurting themselves and the industry all at ones.
