And iPhone that was on sale.
My phone broke and at the time I had just spend fairly amount on money - luckily on something I didn't regret.
But anyways, I got the phone and I try turning it on, it works for a day and then nothing. I go to the store, they send it in to get fixed. Then they end up losing the phone during shipment. Fast forwards a couple of weeks. I finally get a letter telling me they can't fix the phone & they don't make them anymore, so I'll be getting another a bit better model. I ended up hating everything about the phone and got stuck with it because I refuse to renew perfectly functional items. I was stuck with it until it became useless.

Even though I bought parts at wholesale from Britain and had them air freighted to Australia for an average cost of only 20 per cent of the retail price of the part here, during the final two years that I owned the car it cost me $20,000 to keep it on the road.
Even the frame of the driver's seat broke. It could not be fixed, because the frame was too delicate to be welded. I had to spend $2,000 on a new seat.

So I don’t have much money and I bought my then girlfriend a load of stuff for Christmas she looked at it all with disgust it and never bothered with anything I bought, she didn’t wear any of it and then we ended up parting due to her being toxic, and I really wish that I’d never bought it for her as it was a complete waste of money.
I bought a lot of supplements and health products I decided not to use because I hated the new taste or it came with unexpected side effects or it did not work the way they said it would but I don’t view it as a waste of money because the experiments with food taught me new strategies for health and weight loss.
