Has anyone had a dealership reach out to buy your car and pay you a lot for it?

A dealer will never give you a better deal than you could get for yourself. They are going to rip you off. If you sell your car you will have to buy something to replace it. Unless you get really lucky in finding a super deal, you will not come out ahead.

I used to buy and sell cars. Those guys know WAY more what they are doing than you do. Those guys are sharks and you are an innocent minnow. Don't believe a thing they say.

I've received one of those mailings, but never acted on it. I believe it was only good if you bought a new vehicle as part of the deal.
