Do car dealerships help their employees get a car?

So I just got myself a job interview at Mercedes Benz for this Friday as a front desk receptionist nothing extravagant and pretty low level entry level stuff. Not to mention the pay is actually less then what I’m making at my current retail job at 17.50$ but I’ve Benny struggling to get s car for the last test or so and I was wondering if this job would be good in helping with that I would be working at a dealership after all and I see a lot of dealership employees often drive cars of the specific dealership they work out. I am not expecting to get a Mercedes nor to afford to be able to pay for one or maintain one on the salary if get but even if they would help me get like a little Toyota or something would be awesome. I know certain jobs have programs were they reimburse their employees for a vehicle after a certain amount of time working there. So do you know if they offer anything like that and worse case I’ll ask during the interview also what can I expect from a job like this?

Full-time employees of Mercedes itself in Germany get a 22,5% discount on new cars. I assume something similar exists in other countries, but I am not sure if you work directly for Mercedes?

No im just going to be receptionist at one of there dealers

Yeah, but there are dealers that are operated directly by Mercedes and there are (a lot more) dealers that are third party. The former have company employees who get rebates, discounts, etc.

In my experience it tends to be more use based but as far as I know it's more likely to be the sales team and management

Hmm okay but given it’s a dealership I feel like I’d probably have a much better chance of getting a nicer cheaper car used on a site like offer up or Facebook marketplace rather than from the dealer there used cars are usually pretty over priced especially luxury cars like a Mercedes so even with a discount I’d probably be much better off buying on my own?

It's the stuff they won't sell anymore like mid-2000s stuff
I know a family friend worked for Ford in the 2000's ended up owning at different times a Volvo, an Aston Martin, a Range Rover and a Jaguar as well as a couple of Fords because they (FMC) owned them all at that time
