I bought her birthday gifts in advance, my best friend. Recently, she’s gone silent. If I don’t hear from her again, should I post her birthday gifts, which I can’t think of anyone else wanting, or not? There’s a Pokémon mug, a bird bracelet, a shell jewellery box and a sweater and silky top. I can’t see anyone else wanting these.

It's understandable that you would feel uncertain about whether to give your friend her birthday and Christmas gifts if she has gone silent. Ultimately, the decision about whether to give her the gifts is up to you.
If you feel that the gifts are thoughtful and meaningful, and that you would like to give them to her regardless of whether you hear from her again, then you should go ahead and send them to her. It's possible that she may be going through a difficult time or dealing with personal issues that are causing her to be unresponsive, and receiving a thoughtful gift from a friend may be a source of comfort and support for her.
On the other hand, if you feel that the gifts are no longer appropriate or that you would prefer not to give them to her, then it's okay to hold onto them or donate them to charity.
It's important to prioritize your own well-being and to make choices that align with your values and priorities. If you find that the uncertainty around your friend's behavior is causing you stress or anxiety, it may be helpful to seek support from a trusted friend, family member, or therapist.
