We almost lost our skate rink due to covid. The city decided to take it on. Now it's kept up much nicer. It would have been a shame to loose it.

I was thinking about a strip club for demisexuals and sapiosexuals. So we only hire really smart and charismatic exotic dancers.

And before each one dances on stage, we have a 15 minute lecture they can present on a variety of interesting topics like history, literature, biology, physics, philosophy, etc. Then an additional 15 minutes sharing things about themselves and what they enjoy and so forth.

Then they dance on stage.

And we sell like autographed cards with their pictures as well as drinks, lap dances, table dances, buffalo wings.

Also some talent shows sometimes (tasteful ones), and for the dancers that are creative and create artistic works, we have a gallery showcasing their art and even selling it. Also we print books written by the dancers and sell them at the miniature bookstore/bar.

It might be a bit of a niche market. Yet that's always been a complaint from me with pornography and strip clubs. It's exciting to the caveman but also the nudity tends to kind of blend into the background. It ceases to become so interesting to me if we know barely anything about the woman.

With pornography there's no character development or drama so that we can grow attached to the characters first. It's always so rushed like a woman answers door and has sex with pizza delivery man or something like that.

Who is this woman? Does she have any interesting talents, expertise over any subjects? What are her passions, her dreams, hopes, fears? They don't establish anything so it's just random woman gets naked and has sex. That's not nearly as interesting as it could be to me.

I would love to sell perfume cause I think it's easier to manage than other things you might sell like clothes, which would require moth and insect control. Food, which would require bacteria and temperature control, or money which would require market and opportunity controls etc...
