Is it true that giving more than one gift makes both gifts seem cheaper?

I've never thought of that before. I can't see the person I'm giving the gifts to, seeing it that way either. I would say nah. I think we all know the people who are cheap gift givers & non cheap gift givers. You can tell who's who even if it's one gift..

Nah. I’ll usually give one main gift and then some smaller cheaper ones like their favorite candy or something.

I don't think that's true. I tend to buy a gift but then add smaller things, too. I think it makes it fun.
