Are two gifts for each occasion ok?

I have a pink sapphire ring and a blue designer dress for my friend’s birthday and Opal studs and some pyjamas for her for Christmas. Are two gifts per occasion okay?

Two seems very generous. I stopped giving gifts to friends many years ago as we all have enough stuff. It also saves money that can be used for other things like trips.

Yeah I hope you don't mind. How many gifts are you giving away? How many friends do you have that you give gifts? Do they even reciprocate your generosity.

And please 😅come on, that's so sweet you took the time to buy gifts for others. I used to do that but then I realized few people liked to exchange gifts. And some I heard laughing behind my back so I stopped.

I know you are kind and pleasing to others but are they really really your friends 👀. Do they really mean going broke for them. In the end you have to pay your bills yourself. This is important.
A friend group of 6-10 people is big enough. Bigger than that is just acquittances. Ponder over it
