Opinions needed, are these gifts appropriate?

I 23M and getting a gift for a close friend's birthday 25F, I wanted to get something self care related and I'm thinking of getting a nice candle or two for aromatherapy in the bath/shower for a longer lasting effect compared to shower steamers or bath bombs. I also want to get her a bar of chocolate because the other day she mentioned she couldn't wait to have some chocolate 🤷‍♂️

I need to know if you think the above gifts are appropriate. I don't think she would take it the wrong way but I'm not sure if it's something that might come off weirdly to others like her boyfriend or our other friends. I think I'm slightly autistic so it's hard for me to judge. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Those gifts seem perfectly fine and appropriate for a close friend. Candle and chocolate are very thoughtful self-care items that most women would enjoy. I don't think her boyfriend or other friends would see it as weird at all. Here are a few other ideas that could complement what you've chosen:

I wouldn't overthink it - candles, chocolate, etc. show you listened and care about her comfort.
