Some say you should never go to a grocery store on an empty stomach & that is so the truth. As for a grocery store it’s an engineering marvel on its own & it’s designed to get you to buy more. If milk was in the front of the store people would simply buy milk & walk out & the store would lose in sales. As for the milk it’s all the way in the back of the store so if you go to the store for milk you have to walk all the way back & the odds are you are going to buy more. Shopping carts are bigger as well & shopping carts are designed to be filled. As for me I pick up a basket when I go food shopping & I rather fill a basket versus filling a shopping cart with shit I don’t really need.

The last time I went shopping for one thing I ended up going home with more.

I never go to the store for just one item, it has to be at least 3. I will just do without until I run out of something else to make it enough things to be worth going to the store over.

Supermarket… yes… still I only buy what I need…we plan our meals… so mostly able to buy what’s on the shopping list.
