Guys are very interest driven. You already know what he talks about a lot, give him something along those lines. An ex of mine gave me a Half-Life 2 themed hat because I mentioned once that I always found them cool as a kid and wanted one back then but by the time I had throwaway money to buy one they were not for sale. She somehow found one and got me one. Its not a gift I needed at all she could have given something else much easier to find, but the level of attention and effort to get me one made me really happy. Was a meaningful gift to show she cares. Which is 100 times better than a generic gift.

I mean this from the heart not creepy not a joke. Boobs are men's equivalent of flowers. You'r 37 so im am guessing we aren't talking about kids here. Boobs are like sunsets they are all beautiful some better than others but always good. No matter how many times I've seen my girlfriend boobs they never fail to deliver. Save your money. Depends on who he is. You know what he's into guns, games, going fishing, etc so getting him something that has something to do with his likes, is a safe and pleasing way to go
