Three weeks ago I was approved for a new credit card. It still hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If you are approved you are approved & after an approval usually within seven to ten business days you should have received the credit card. If you haven’t I would call the credit card company to see what is going on because it’s possible that the card was delivered to the wrong address & some shady joker is using the card as we speak.

Depending on how far their card producing center is from to you it could easily take 2 to 3 weeks to process all the card orders they had gotten at that time including the time it takes to go through the mail system to get to you. If you don't get it by tomorrow I'd contact them for a tracking number.

It should only take seven to ten days. Call the company. Your neighbor prob had it land in their mailbox and is already enjoying its benefits.

I thought about that, but they said they were sending the card by mail and also a welcome package. I could see one piece of mail not arriving, but both disappearing would be hard to imagine.

Call the bank issuing the card and find out what is going on!

Maybe call the company and ask how long it's supposed to take I know some of them take a while to get in

Call your bank and ask for Card Services. They should tell you when it was sent.

They should still have that info. All you need is your account number. If they can't tell you then you need a different bank.

The account number/card number is the same thing. I don't have either since my card never arrived.

Your credit card number has nothing to do with your account number, unless maybe if it is a debit card. But still, my bank credit card, debit card, and account number are all different. Because if they were all the same, if someone hacks one of them, they would be able to get all your money in every account.

Hmmm, one of those? How does one know if they are being scammed if there is no bank associated with it? I don't know of any credit cards that don't have a bank behind it. Not that there isn't any, just that I don't know about it.

Aha. You have to check the "lost or stollen" and have them resend.
