When I logged into the credit card website it says my card has not yet been activated so I’m assuming they sent me a replacement card but it’s been 20 days or more and it still has not arrived. I know my cards are sometimes shipped from Montreal which might delay mail by up to 6 weeks. Should I complain or continue to wait?
Might have gotten lost in the mail. Maybe contact their customer help and tell them you need a new one

I'd wait a full 30 days. Then if still not received then call and see where it is.
