How many of you plan in advance for birthdays?

I have a year’s plan for everyone’s birthday. I have done most of my family’s and friends’ birthday gifts, months in advance. Including three milestone birthdays. Why? It just makes me feel better to plan in advance (and part of me worries that if I don’t plan, I’ll either be unable to afford gifts, or I’ll end up forgetting someone’s birthday.

Not at all , the only birthdays I know are my daughters , ( 2 ) and we will do a video call on these days , we are all in different countries , but certainly no gifts , that would completely ruin it and make it commercial..

I certainly don't want gifts , nor do I wish to give them..

The rest is just FB greetings which of course are not real , birthdays are not a big deal. It was far better in Thailand when they didn't celebrate them at all , so yeah , no big deal , no budgeting etc.
