How to stop feeling guilty about spending money?

I just spent $22 on afterpay for a bunch of lovely birthday cards and a couple of Christmas gifts for my family. I feel guilty, although I can afford them and they aren’t an indulgence purchase, for myself and I know my family will enjoy them.

Guilt about purchases usually means not being sure that the item is a necessity. By the way, why are you buying Christmas gifts in March?
