Porcelain tiles are made from fine clay and fired at very high temperatures, making them denser, less porous, and more durable than many other types of tiles

Porcelain is a process applied to the surface of a clay tile, while others are solid stone, quartz etc.

You'll know when you cut porcelain on a tile saw. It's way harder and loud as fuck, it beats the shit out of the diamond blades
