Which aisles do you shop from most often in the supermarket?

I really only shop a couple of the aisles. Most of the stuff i buy from a grocery store is on the outer walls. I occasionally pop down the juice and beverages aisle, and the condiments aisle because i’m kind of a hot sauce connoisseur. Oh, and the bottled water aisle because i need distilled water for my sleep therapy.

I cover all the aisles.

My usual technique is to start at the far right if the store, then go up and down every aisle until I've covered them all. That way, I don't miss anything that I intended to buy.

On the negative side, it also means I sometimes impulse buy an item or two.

Probably meat. I pretty much know what I'm getting in other aisles but meat, I'm never sure until I actually get there and look.

I eat around the edges, Produce, meats, avoiding things that come in boxes or have ingredient lists that aren't carrot, or piece of a cows ass.
