What does it mean to have "no culture"?

This was said as an insult, but I don't understand what it means. Is it about my mixed background?

It means they can go f*ck themselves. =) It could mean they are pretentious clowns that are looking down on you like you are a lesser person. It could mean they think you have no manners, no class, and no knowledge of how to act around other "cultured" people.

You know what it means? Nothing.

It was probably more about being UNcultured. You know, not into the "finer things in life", don't know about important cultural things.

For example: "You haven't read Faulkner? You don't know what postmodernism is? You've never listened to Glitter Wolf Attack? Pfffft, you uncultured pleb."

It means they don't know what culture is, I'm curious to know who began grouping races to cultures... Would you call a black person raised in Italy as white? If you asked most people that they'd probably answer the obvious (at least it should be obvious) and say no they are black but their culture is a white culture so... how you can describe that dufus...

It means theyre stupid and don't know the meaning of cultur, they are probably pretenscious and are only psudo intellectual which is the worst kind of person to be around
