Someone left flowers on my porch, now what do I do?

On my way to my car today I noticed a small potted flower on the side of the porch near the steps that go down to the driveway where I park my car. On the little paper around the pot someone had written my name on the flap in ink pin but didn't leave a note or anything. I really want to know who it's from. I thought about posting something on my Facebook about it, in the hopes that the person that left the flower would see it. However, I didn't want to upset the guy I'm kind of talking to if he wasn't the one that left it (and I don't think he was.) What should I do?

The insert for the flower said it was from Harris Teeter. The person is obviously someone who knows where I live, but like I said I'd be really shocked if the guy I'm talking to is the one responsible. I don't know who else it would be though. I almost posted a photo of the flower asking where it came from but like I said I didn't want to potentially offend someone. Do you think the person that left the flower will contact me (text/phone-call/Facebook) or say something to me?

Ooh that's pretty mysterious!

If you want to do the Facebook status thing, try something super subtle like "the (insert flower type here) are really pretty this time of year" and see if that sparks any responses...

Otherwise I feel like there's not much else to do except take care of them! Hope you find out who it did it (:

Did the paper tell where it came from?

If not, you could leave a note outside your house where the person could see it. Maybe put the flower outside with a note under it and paint an arrow on the pot pointing down.

Call the company, ask them if they know who sent them, and either get his name from them or have them tell him you want to talk to him.

Enjoy the flowers and be flattered you have a secret admirer :D. Maybe leave a note where the flowers were incase he comes back?
