We all have or New Year’s Resolutions, we set our Goals, like going more to the gym and we are mostly super motivated in the beginning, but once February or March comes around the corner we fucking fail. So here is how to not fail.

Write your goal down and set challenges.
I personally like to do a calendar, where I write down daily what I have to do and I also have a Notebook where I set myself challenges and have my to-do list and my budget list.
Example, when I started doing my workout daily, I set myself a challenge, every morning I would put out my Notebook and force myself to maintain my goal. After doing my workout I would write down what I had done. After 3 weeks I could get myself something I really wanted to have. And then the new challenge started.

Write yourself a letter.
Yeah I`m all about don`t pressure yourself, but hell you now have to. Sit down and write yourself a letter. First reflect who you used to be at the beginning of 2017 and who you are now at the end of 2017. Then write down who you are going to be at the end of 2018, write that person what you will reach and promise to this person that you will fucking stand up and do your work. Now you promised it to yourself, so fucking keep your promise. Also put this letter anywhere were you can see it daily. So you remind yourself what you want. Don`t open it and don`t read it until 2018 is over, but have it as a reminder.
Tell your friends and/or family!
I personally have this obsession where I want to have my abs more defined and I tell that a lot of people, cause the next time they see me, they ask me how my workout is going. If I havened done something, I feel guilty, so I do even more. I have already told people that I will do that, it`s like they expect me to do it, so damn it now I have to. Like there is no other way.

If you talk the talk, you have to walk the walk.
Surround yourself with positive people.
Surround yourself with good friends and family who will support you and be there for you. People who push you and who want you to be the best version of yourself.
People who make you feel good about yourself and your goals.
Set yourself alarms.
My phone is full with alarms, reminding me daily to take my pills and do my sport and read 2 chapters in my book. If it rings, I better get start working.
Set deadlines.
I personally always get my work done, when I have a deadline.
I want to read a book? I give myself 2 weeks to finish it. I will finish it in this time.
Visualize your Goal.
Example, I want more defined abs, I do go on weheartit, give in my key word and print out some awesome pics. Then I put them in my Notebook, but you can do a Dream Board or hang them up on your mirror or whatever you want. Have your goal in pictures around you, trust me it`s such a motivation.
Kick your own ass!
Don`t be lazy! I don`t care what excuses you use. Do you really want to reach your Goal? You really want that? Stand up.
Work for it and do your best as possible. Don`t just try for a few weeks, do it. Because if you don`t do your best, you don`t have the right to be whining in the end that you haven`t reached your goal. ->Be proactive.
