Feel the Beauty!

Whenever we are and wherever we exist, there's always beauty around us. Even at the dirtiest of places, and the darkest of times, beauty is there, we just get consumed with all the ugliness around us at these difficult circumstances and forget about the little beauty that exists within this ugliness. Beauty doesn't have to be physical or visual, it can be moral or spiritual. I mean isn't the fact that you're going through something extremely ugly assures you that when you get through it something less ugly will happen to you? If you are strong enough to handle this difficult time, shouldn't that be something beautiful to realize? That you survived. We all know that once you hit rock bottom there's no other way to go but up, or you can give up and stay where you're, which would mean you were completely consumed by the ugliness around you that you gave up on everything that might be better.

I know here I'm talking about the extremes, but there's a point I'm trying to make. Other than the biological factors, there are two basic factors that affect the amount of beauty you surround yourself by, thus your happiness, firstly the events that's happening around you and to you, secondly how you perceive such events. You're not in direct control of the first factor, but you can definitely control the second, so you can be even slightly happier when things are ugly, which means it's your duty to focus on the beauty around you despite it's shortage, because you wouldn't be of any quality if you're giving up, and the only thing that can make a person give up is his consumption by the ugliness.

Now that we have proved the necessity of capturing the beauty surrounding us, lets find out how can this beauty lift our spirit and increase our character's quality. When you see more beauty around yourself, you become happier and you feel the need to make things even more beautiful, because you'd really appreciate beauty. As humans we don't change things unless we picture what it would be like when things change, this vision requires beauty to be seen, for example if you think you're completely ugly, you wouldn't feel motivated to buy new clothes and comp your hair, because you haven't been able to see a more beautiful version of yourself, how could you when you're only seeing ugliness! Because as I said beauty isn't only what you actually see, it's also what you imagine. On the other hand if you were able to notice some beautiful features you have you might be also able to picture yourself in a better look, which naturally would make you want to achieve that look, which would make you even more beautiful and the cycle goes on, of course these changes doesn't have to be very noticeable, but at least to you it can be as noticeable and beneficial.
