My Good Side and My Bad Side

Hello again :)

This MyTake was the Idea of a user called @AbdKilani and I thought it was a cool thing to do :D

#MyAlterEGO

So first off, I feel like I'm TwoFace :D A good side and a bad one to counter it.

Talking about Personality here, not apperance :D

My good side

My Good Side and My Bad Side

Basically the side I'm on in my spare time and when I'm out of the Office. This is the side many of you know :)

I'm very outspoken and honest about pretty much anything. I'm very open minded and always enjoy a nice and lengthy conversation. I try to see the best in people and accept their view of things, if I disagree with the view I'll gladly adapt if he/she is correct about it. I'm strongly against any kind of argument and try to diffuse situations before they get heated. I always try my best to be helpful on here and enjoy finding a solution to problems together. The questions I'm most passionate about are the ones about working out, cooking, dancing and music, also fashion to an extent. :D

My bad side

My Good Side and My Bad Side

So my bad side basically comes out as soon as I enter the office, I call it the bad side because I'm not as nice, open minded and forgiving here. Since it´s my own company I have people to look out for and a future to worry about, since I could basically lose everything I own. This would be the main reason why I'm rather strict with most of my co-workers. If they do a mistake I'll make sure they don't do it again, if people act toxic in the workplace I show them how toxic I can be until they better themselves. I've gotten some comments about me being a good CEO but a bad human being for my attitude in the workplace, but I can live with that since it's needed to go forward in life.

However if they keep on doing great, they get rewarded (my good side shines through at good employees).

Why am I like this?

So far this Twoface behaviour has worked well for me and my company. I tried the good side at the workplace and it made me lose focus and respect. It's hard for people to see you as a CEO if you're 20 years old and don't take anything seriously.

Thanks for reading

Thank you guys/girls for reading, I hope it wasn't too shitty :D

This is a lot harder to write down than I expected it to be, so if anyone wants to get nominated for this

thing just tell me and I'll make sure to add you to the list.

Please correct me on any mistakes, helps me in the long run. Have a great day. :)
