Do you lock eyes with opposite sex while driving?

I like checking out girls while driving and locking eyes. Does anyone else do this? I have a habit of doing it. Oh and just a random fact its illegal to drive shirtless maybe because swole bros will distract women increasing the amount of accidents.

I used to check out chicks in heavy traffic out of boredom, but it's dangerous. You don't want to rear end somebody.
