Plain and simple I really don't think she's that pretty alright maybe not ugly but not pretty at all, everyone seems to disagree with me on that

She has a very nice natural body, pre and post weightloss. That's about it IMO. Her face looks mediocre, not ugly, but not really pretty either. I don't like her teeth and nose, and though she has nice big blue eyes, they are too close together and the shape of the eyes isn't really nice. Am I the only one who thinks her new hair cut suits her face more?
Body = nice + face = okay => rather pretty

There are two parts to this. First when she was younger she looked better, but now she does not look as good because of changes in her fashion style, make-up and a little too much time in the fast lane. She also does not look as good because of her screwed up personality. A lot of looking good comers from the inside and on the inside these days she is one f'kd up chick.

Quite honestly, when it comes to Miley I don't care. I think she is a hideously ugly woman. She is trashy and gross.
