My Twitter account isn't working, HELP?

I got this app for Twitter that let me get more followers, but i had to follow a lot of other people and in the end I ended up following more people than actually being followed by. So I deleted the app and unfollowed all of the people I followed to get more followers. Ever since I did that, I'm am not about to follow anybody, everytime I try to follow someone, anyone it says that they blocked me. And I can't tweet, it says unable to tweet, and that my tweet was saved in my drafts. I can't even retweet, everytime I try to retreat and it says retweet unsuccessful. I really don't know how to fix this. And I need serious help!!!

Twitter probably had seized your account for an X amount of days (usually 48-72 hours) due to your account being spam.

If you wanted more followers, you can get like 5000 for 10 bucks at some of these websites. Most of the time you can't get followers out of the blue without following tons of people to begin with.

Most likely, if not email Twitter about the issue. They respond lightening fast to your emails, and they always help me out with any kind of technological issue. Everything you have explained sounds exactly like a seized account. Try again in a few days.

It's completely against the rules and Twitter has banned your account and flagged it as spam.

If the account was banned and flagged for spam, the account user would not be able to even log in, and would be automatically logged out.
